@ Approximately 4:35 pm.  Police responded to a single motor vehicle accident in the area of Job Lots.  Police upon investigating found Joshua Hatefield of Lancaster had been operating his 2000 lexs traveling north at an excessive rate of speed when he noticed he was too close to the shoulder tried to correct that and in doing lost control of the vehicle.  Mr. Hatefield did receive some injuries from the incident and was taken to the hospital by private vehicle as he refused an ambulance.  Mr. Hatefield was charged with negligent driving as a result of the accident.

@ Approximately 7:55pm.  Police issued a summons to Terri Woodard for unregistered motor vehicle.

@ Approximately 12:45 am.  Police arrested James McDade Sr. 62 of Maidstone Vermont for Driving while intoxicated. He was later released on  $1000.00 PR Bail and give a court date of July 23, 2012.

@ Approximately 3:40pm.  Police responded to a motor vehicle rollover on the Lancaster Road. Police found upon arriving a 2011 Kia upside down in the road with Benjamin Gurley of Stark inside, there were power lines down as a result of the accident.  Once PSNH workers arrived Emergency workers were able to get Mr. Gurley out of the vehicle.  The cause of the accident remains under investigation.

@ Approximately 7:45.  Police took a report from Debbie Goulet of Hillside Ave.  She reported to police one of her saw horses near her garden were found to be missing.  Police are asking if anyone was seen in the area to contact police.
